Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, we will make it right. If your system has been poorly maintained, the technicians will seek to achieve TR19 compliance on the first initial clean, with the aim of bringing the system condition up over time, by ensuring regular cleaning going forward.
